Studio Space

Daylight studio with cyc wall. $300 additional fee with your booking.

Ranch House Interiors

Downstairs interiors including our bar, beautiful large windows, fireplace with mounted whale rib bone and/or kitchen may be rented at an additional rate. $250/hour additional to your basic booking, discounts may be available for full day rental/addition.

Booking Requirements

  1. Production Insurance. If your production does not yet have insurance, there are many affordable instant event insurance options (thimble, theeventhelper.com). We require general liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, and professional liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000. The policy must name YOUR COMPANY matching what is listed on the release and include the property owners as additionally insured. The additional certificate holder should read as the following:

  2. General Liability Waiver. All productions must sign our production liability waiver. If production requires their production agreement also be signed or would like something adjusted, there is a one time $200 fee for submit to our lawyer.

  3. Security Deposit. Fully refundable, price subject to rate.

  4. Parking considerations. This property is only able to accommodate 12-15 cars in front of the production house. Larger groups with additional parking requirements must pay for our overflow parking in our bottom arena, or must consider options off-site with van service. An additional 40 cars can be accommodated for $500/day.
